Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the refund process, please ship the items back to us. Once the refund is processed, kindly check with your bank regarding the availability of funds. Once order is received please allow seven (7) days for order to be mailed out. Once order has been shipped by QueenShe the actual delivery time is up to the USPS. You will be provided a tracking number via e-mail. if tracking number doesn't come please contact me and I will provide you with it.
